Honoring Weston’s Legacy
Weston Moss was a 12-year-old cancer warrior with a huge heart, a bright smile, and a passion for making others happy even when his own life was on the line. He bravely battled Ewing Sarcoma, a rare pediatric bone cancer, for over two years. In early 2026, when treatment options ran out, Weston was faced with a reality no child should ever face.
And in that moment, he made a remarkable choice.
Instead of focusing on what he was losing, Weston focused on what he could still give. In his final days, he poured his love, creativity and hope into a legacy, a way to keep doing good even after he was gone. From that wish, Weston’s Big Wish was born.
Our goal is simple and deeply rooted in Weston’s vision: a future where kids experience shorter hospital stays, fewer side effects, and better outcomes than he did. We support children and families navigating cancer treatment by bringing moments of happiness, comfort, and joy during the hardest days while investing in research that leads to better treatments and cures.
When you support Weston’s Big Wish, you become a part of Weston’s legacy. You help turn a child’s final wish into real support for families today and real hope for tomorrow. Join us in making the world a little kinder, a little brighter, and a lot more hopeful for kids fighting cancer.
